9. Service Levels and Warranties

Services will meet specific results beyond the agreed contractual deliverables

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

Suda Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid to Sudaconnect for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. Suda Connect is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

You breach these Terms
You misuse our services or violate applicable laws
There is a risk to the security or integrity of our platform
Clients may terminate services according to the termination clauses in individual service agreements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Sudan and where applicable, the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate (e.g., Sultanate of Oman, Philippines). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sudan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
